Fan Cast: Kit Harington as Nightcrawler
Why?:
Director Bryan Singer had recently expressed interest in bringing the blue elf back into the X-Men movie-verse. Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) would be an exemplary choice for the role. He is up and coming English actor mostly widely known for playing Jon Snow on GOT. I believe he has lead star and franchise potential, but just needs the right movie and role to launch him into real stardom. Playing Kurt Wagner could open those doors for Kit. With an accent coach the young Englishman could learn a German accent to proper sound like Kurt. At 5'8, he is also an appropriate height along with a strong physical physique that suits Kurt's body type. All those physical traits combined with his acting chops equal a fun, swashbuckling Kurt. The X-Men need their Nightcrawler, I think Kit could be the man for the job.
