Wow, what a difference 48 hrs. can make? Two days ago, I ruthlessly shat all over WB because I thought they let Michelle MacLaren (Game of Thrones) go for stupid reasons. Then yesterday several outlets reported that maybe WB wasn't so misguided in not agreeing with her vision of Diana. Apparently Michelle had some crazy ass ideas that she wanted to implement in the Wonder Woman film. Such as giving Diana a tiger sidekick that she could talk to and confide in. Finally Jasmine from Aladdin and Diana would have more in common than just being princesses! And if that wasn't strange enough for ya, Michelle wanted to set the film during the world's most famous war, the Crimean War. Yup that notable war that saw the fall of the once great Ottoman Empire. (Yup you bet your ass I googled that shit). And just when I thought my theories looked stupid enough already, the final bomb dropped that completely blew up everything I said two days ago. According to inside sources, Scott Eastwood (The Longest Ride) is not going to be Steve Trevor in the DC movie universe. So my idea that WB wanted his romance with Diana at the forefront of the movie is total bullshit.
Story of my life.
So here I am with no other option, but to apologize to WB for my abrupt comments. I thought you guys were getting cold feet, but just maybe you guys do have some semblance of what should and what shouldn't be in a Wonder Woman film.
I'm sorry WB. I just got to Step 9.
Okay now that I'm done kissing ass, it's time for some good news. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Patty Jenkins (Monster) has inked a deal that will put her at the helm of Wonder Woman. She was supposed to direct Thor 2 a few years back, but like MacLaren here, she left for creative differences. So I'm guessing that WB and her have a specific vision together or they would not have signed her up. Can't have two directors leaving one project. That shit would be bad for business. And best of all because this deal happened so quickly, the movie is still planning on shooting this fall and opening in 2017! Hopefully tiger-free!

Warner Bros. is continuing it's trend of bringing in high end talent to further it's DC comic book films. Today, Deadline has confirmed that the studio has tapped directors/writers Chris Miller and Phil Lord (21 Jump St.) to develop the story for 2018's The Flash with a possibility that they may also direct the film. The duo do a great job of mixing action and comedy so this is some great news for Flash fans. Especially for the ones who were irked by Ezra Miller's casting. Source: Deadline
I'm a huge fan of Miller and Lord. The guys have knocked it out of the park the last few years with the Jump St. franchise and The Lego Movie. They have qualities that work well with the Flash's universe.
The biggest plus of adding this duo is that it puts an end to that bullshit rumor that DC films will have a "no humor" policy. These bros excel at writing humor. One can easily surmise that The Flash script they write will have plenty of it.
Miller and Lord have past running credentials
Now all I can think about is ridiculous casting possibilities that Lord + Miller could make happen:
Jonah Hill as Captain Cold
Rob Riggle as Gorilla Grodd
Dave Franco as the Trickster
Ice Cube as Captain Frye
Channing Tatum as Heat Wave
Elizabeth Banks as Golden Glider
Sounds crazy, but I would be all in on that cast.

What is the Justice League?: DC's greatest superheroes came together to form The Justice League in order to protect the Earth from threats that were too great to take on individually. Created in 1960 by Gardner Fox, the League has had many iconic tales told over it's 50 year history battling the likes of Darkseid and The Injustice Gang. Director: Zack Snyder (Watchmen) Why?:Snyder has done a hell of a job bringing graphic novels to life. Because of this he has captured several SATURN (The Academy of Sc-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror Films) awards for his work in Watchmen and 300. He has a tendency to bring a certain darkness to the screen as well as being able to shed some light on the tradegy that is heroism. It ain't easy being a hero and stories about a hero's inner struggle are what make the best tales. If Snyder can take all these iconic characters and give with some type of inner terminal as well as pit them against a diabolical villain there, is no way this movie isn't an instant hit. Not to mention Snyder is know for producing kick ass action sequences in all his movies (300+Watchmen+Sucker Punch). Now picture one of these Snyder sequences with Batman putting his boot through some nameless henchmen's fucking face, I'm shitting myself because it's gonna be that cool when a scenario like this plays out on screen. Now with Man of Steel, the problems I believe were in dialogue and character development. David Goyer who wrote MOS will co-write this movie and Batman V Superman as well. But no need to fear because Chris Terrio who wrote the Academy award winning script for Argo will be rewriting both of Goyer's scripts. So expect better dialogue and story to accompany Snyder's amazing visuals and fight scenes.
Proposed Story:It's more or less certain that the main villain for this film is going to the ever classic Brainiac. So it turns out that Brianiac is the one responsible for destroying Krypton, he rolled onto the planet and fucked the place up. He was intent on killing everyone because he felt by eliminating the Kryptonians he could gain their knowledge and eventually become the most knowledgeable being in the universe. So after destroying Krypton he moves on to other planets that he can drain of knowledge and destroy. Years pass by when all of a sudden Brainiac's ship receives a signal from Kal-El's tracking decieve that he set off in Man Of Steel that also attracted Zod. Brainiac recognizes the signal because of it's Kryptonian origins and realizes that there is one Krptonian still left in the universe. Which leads him to Earth. Another planet that he can absorb and destroy. Having accidentally brought Brainiac to Earth leads Superman to being stricken with guilt as he believes if he had just been content with pretending to be a human he would never had endangered Earth twice from cosmic foes. But now he must team up with some of Earth's other heroes in an attempt to stop Brainiac from handing the same fate to Earth that he handed Krypton.
Inspired By:Superman: The Animated Series did a similar plot with Brainiac. He was a Krptonian's super computer that withheld knowledge that could have very well saved Krypton. But he decided to amass all of Krypton's knowledge, let it die, and save himself. I also took elements from Geoff John's run on Superman. Lead Characters (Cast):Every member of the League except Green Lantern has been officially cast. So I will spend most of this section describing what each member can bring to the team. The villain will of course also be cast. 1. Superman/Clark Kent (Henry Cavill)
Who?: Superman is the leader of the Justice League and their moral compass. Cavill was solid as Big Blue in Man of Steel, even though David Goyer wrote very crappy dialogue for him. With Chris Terrio on scripting duties for this flick, Superman is more likely to have interesting dialogue and character development.
2. Batman/Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck)
Who?: So many people have been worried about Affleck as Batman, but if we are being real here if Mr. Mom (Michael Keaton) can play a convincing Bruce Wayne, then why the hell can't Benny boy. Affleck can be a dark angry Batman that people are yearning for. I want him to be the strategist of the group, who in truthfulness does not really wanna be part of the team. (Ala Justice League Animated Series)
3. Wonder Woman/Diana Prince (Gal Gadot)
Why?: Smart, sexy, elegant, and most importantly BAD ASS!!! Gal Gadot has got all the tools to be a great Wonder Woman. Especially after seeing the way she handled herself in Fast Five. I am convinced that she is gonna take this role to the next level. Her character can be some sort of a love interest for Superman (Like in Geoff John's recent JL run) and maybe even a weakness cause Supes cares for her well being.
4. Flash/Barry Allen (Ezra Miller)
Why?: Gotta be real here, this casting call scares me a little. Miller seems too soft to play Flash. I hope to god that he does well. However, like we have said before Mr. Mom was Batman so maybe Miller can be a great Flash. The Scarlet Speedster is the youngster member of the team and I believe he will be the comic relief. Especially when Hal Jordan finally shows up.
5. Aquaman/Arthur Curry (Jason Mamoa)
Why?: Khal fuckin' Drago as Aquman! Are you shitting me? God I love it. I smile from ear to ear just thinking about this. He's going to be so bad ass and bring to life a version of Aquaman that has never been seen by mainstream audiences (Cause comic fans saw a BA Arthur in Geoff John's recent Aquaman run). I can't even contain my excitement, like I shit myself again because this guy is gonna make Aquman as bad ass as ever and shut upanyone whose ever called him out as soft or useless.
6. Cyborg/Victor Stone (Ray Fisher)
Why?: I prefer Martian Manhunter in his place, but that doesn't mean I think Cyborg isn't a cool character. Vic is the tech man of the group who occasionally hacks into alien technology. Ray Fisher recently played Muhammad Ali so he definitely fits the part to play a high school football star turned Cyborg.
7. Green Lantern/Hal Jordan (Jensen Ackles)
Why?: DC has been focusing on the Silver Age characters for Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and Flash (Barry Allen) for the last few years and I don't see them using anybody but these versions in their movies. So Hal it is. Jensen Ackles has been half of the best bro duo on TV for the last ten years on Supernatural. With his stunning good looks and comedic and dramatic skills he deserves to finally make it onto a major movie's cast list.
Now For our Villain... Mr. Mxyzptlk (Larry David)
Why?: Everyone wants to see Mxyzptlk troll the Justice League for two hours. And I would love to see Larry David tell the Justice League to shut the fuck up!
Just Screwing With Ya! Now for the real threat...
8. Brainiac (Benedict Cumberbatch)
Why?: Brainiac has been the rumored villain of Justice League Pt.1 for the last few weeks. With hints of him in Man of Steel on Krypton's technology, it makes sense that the alien android would show up to cause problems for our favorite heroes. Cumberbatch is one of the best actors alive today. He has recently played a few iconic villains, Khan and Smaug, so why not add Brainiac to the resume.
Thanks for reading! Those are my thoughts on Justice League. Who is your big bad for the movie? Should Wonder Woman and Superman be together? Sound off in the comments.

Always have had a soft spot for the Justice League cartoon theme. Hans Zimmer will probably be scoring this movie. I can only imagine the amazingness that man will come up with for DC's iconic superhero team.
What is the Suicide Squad?: The Suicide Squad (created by John Ostrander and Ryan Scott) is an antihero team of incarcerated supervillains who act as deniable assets for the United States government, undertaking high-riskblack ops missions in exchange for commuted prison sentences. The group operates out of Belle Reve Penitentiary, under the directorship of Dr. Amanda Waller. (Thank you for explaining that so eloquently Wikipedia!)
Director: David Ayer (Fury)
Why?: Last month rumors of a David Ayer helmed Suicide Squad movie hit the internet. Immediately I became excited about the prospects of such a film. David Ayer is known for dark and gritty movies like End of Watch and Training Day. The man even created Denzel Washington's best character Alonzo Harris. That's right he wrote the line "King Kong ain't got shit on me!" and now he'll be directing some of DC's best villains. What's not to love about that? But on a more serious note, Ayer has recently worked on a more ensemble drama titled Fury about a tank crew in Nazi Germany. The flick and especially it's ensemble cast are getting rave reviews (I haven't seen it yet, but I have heard). Suicide Squad is completely dependent around a director who can lead an ensemble cast to an interesting dynamic and with his resume I think David Ayer fits the bill.
Proposed Story:Amanda Waller assembles Task Force X to retrieve the body of alien invader General Zod from Lexcorp. (Rumor is Lex has Zod's body and it will play a role in Batman V Superman)
Inspired By:Batman: Assault on Arkham includes several of the members I will suggest and is a fun heist movie while still remaining considerably dark. I feel that tone matches the Squad and it's members perfectly.
Squad Members (Cast): The Suicide Squad has had many different villains fill it's ranks over the years. Personally I think picking the Squad's roster is most important component of this movie. Ayer can't just throw absolute nobodies out there like Guardians of the Galaxy did. DC films haven't yet earn the credibility Marvel movies have so there is less room for error. Recently Latino Review's El Mayimbe released a list of 7 squad members he saw in one draft of a Squad script. Not gonna lie, the list is rough. (Mindblogger and Jaculi? Are you serious?) Yes it takes influence from the John Ostrander days and thats cool and all, but this movie needs more DC firepower. Especially because it is connected to the greater universe. Instead it could be a great time to introduce some high profile villains before they debut in other heroes' flicks. Then throw in a few low end villains that you can kill off because remember people always die on these missions. (Ain't called the Suicide Squad for nothing). I also decided to leave Rick Flag Jr. out of the mix. I prefer our villains to have a bit more freedom when they are on the mission and Rick brings more order to the crew. Finally, I incorporated actors who are rumored to be in talks to join the movie (Tom Hardy, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Ryan Gosling) and used them to cast the main four roles. The I will provide a grab bag of other of my favorite potential members.
1. Deadshot/Floyd Lawton (Gosling, Hardy, or Smith)
I've been leading this team all night ya douchbag!
Why?: Deadshot is a mainstay in the Squad and their most consistent leader. It ain't Task Force X without him. He will be the main character of this flick and is why I believe that the movie should use his origin that includes a daughter. This will make him a bit more sympathetic, but of course won't affect the fact that he is a badass hired assassin.
Now any of the actors above could knock this role out of the park. Some people believe Will Smith (Hancock) will be Floyd because he always plays the "good guy" and Deadshot is the closet thing to it in this movie. I think Smith would bring the character justice, but I would prefer Tom Hardy (Warrior) play him. Hardy recently excelled in a similar role in The Drop, playing Bob Saginowski. In the end though if Ryan Gosling (Drive) signs on he will be the lead. Just a feeling I have. People love that guy.
2. Harley Quinn/Harleen Quninzel (Margot Robbie)
"Don't you wanna rev your Harley?"
Why?: Harley's inclusion into the Squad has divided comic fans, but I believe she is needed. She is a valuable commodity. She brings diversity and popularity to the team while simultaneously letting the general audience know that the Joker (another fan favorite character) exists in this universe. Her personality also allows for moments of hilarity and flashes of ultra-violence that create fun interplay with her other teammates. That is something neither of the supposed female leads, Vixen and Mindblogger, can provide. Not to mention that her popularity among comics fans is ready to break into the mainstream and this film is the perfect opportunity.
Peanut Butter is meant to go with jelly, the sky is meant to be blue, and Margot Robbie is destined to play Harley Quinn. I didn't think of it before she was rumored last week, but nothing in life has ever made more sense. Robbie burst onto the scene in last year's The Wolf of Wall Street as Leo Dicaprio's wife Naomi. She held her own alongside a star studded cast and even nailed a Brooklyn accent (a key component to Harley). Robbie is a no brainer to portray Harley Quinn.
3. Black Manta (Will Smith)
"Aquaman is MINE!!"
Why?: Manta is Aquaman's arch nemesis and will most likely factor into the King of Atlantis' solo movie in 2018. So I see this film as a perfect opportunity to set up the character for that outing. He was just very recently added to the Suicide Squad's roster so it's not a completely out of the box pick. He also possesses an unique skill set to add to the team. (Underwater shit, son)
Like I said before Will Smith usually plays good guys, but this is his chance to break that trend. He hasn't had a hit in quite some time so maybe it's time to do something different. It's time to embrace the evil Will.
4. Captain Boomerang/George Harkness (Hardy)
"Hoist a pint with us, mate"
Why?: Boomer is a member of Flash's Rogues and also a frequent inclusion into the Squad. I mainly want him to be involved because his attitude (occasional racist and frequent pain in the ass) leads him to bumps heads with his teammates. Friction among the team always makes for a much more interesting story. And once again this could set up his character for a future appearance. Such as in 2018's The Flash movie if need be.
Hardy is extremely versatile and could nail the part of this annoying Aussie. He will most likely be Deadshot if Gosling doesn't sign on, but if pretty boy does nut up and join, Boomer is a fun part that Hardy could do a lot with.
5+6+7. (Pick Any 3)
Vixen: Usually a hero she was forced into the Squad, she has a necklace that can mimic the powers of any animal on Earth.
King Shark: Could definitely add muscle, this cannibal is a fun (and expendable) addition to the Squad.
The Clock King: Tockman was once part of the team, but so was fellow Clock King Temple Fugate (The DC animated version). Fugate's job was to keep the team on a precision schedule and help set up the plans.
Black Spider: Many incarnations. Could use any. Could kill off easily.
Plastique: Can make shit explode. Adds another female member and is a good candidate to betray the team.
Bronze Tiger: Used to butt heads with Boomerang. Provides more muscle.
Killer Frost: Kept her out of the main cast because I wanted to save ice powers (or guns) for Captain Cold or Mr. Freeze, but any incarnation of her brings a cold blooded killer who shows absolutely no mercy.
Antagonists/Villains
1. Amanda Waller (Viola Davis)
"No one messes with the Wall!"
Why?:Waller is of course in command of the Squad. Her mission is to retrieve Zod's body which Cadmus will be using to find Superman's weaknesses. I want our audience cheering against her and cheering for our villainous squad to fuck her over.
Davis is a strong actress who character in How To Get Away With Murder reminds me a bit of Waller.
2. Deathstroke/Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett)
"I made you a promise kid"
Why?: Slade's popularity has soared after appearing on Arrow and in the video games Arkham Origins and Injustice: Gods Among Us. It's time to cash in now. Slade could be working security for Luthor by protecting the body of the Kryptonian. Imagine a fight of the Squad vs Slade. Who doesn't want to see that?
Casted Manu Bennett because at this point who is gonna play Slade better?
3. Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg)
"Krypton sucks"
Why?: It would be a small appearance because since the team is breaking into his company it would make sense. His appearance would a show a pre-established character and future show the cohesiveness of DC's cinematic universe.
Eisenberg has already been chosen as Lex and I hope he does a wonderful job with the character in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

There is a God!
If you aren't at least mildly aroused right now then you have no soul. Finally we will see some iconic DC characters grace the big screen. Aquaman, Flash, and of course Wonder Woman have long deserved solo flicks of their own. ( I mean Marvel's had a goddamn tree and a talking raccoon already).
When rumors a few months ago speculated that the Warners' movie slate would have films adapted from the likes of the Metal Men and Doom Patrol, but not Wonder Woman, I lost my shit (there is a podcast recording to prove it). Diana is the most well known female superhero in the world and finally WB wised up and green light her a movie. Thank god!
Besides Wonder Woman (and of course B vs S) I am definitely most excited for Suicide Squad in 2016. People love interesting villains. And I have been waiting for a villains solo movie for some time. I initially loved the idea of the Sinister Six film planned by Sony. That was until I saw Paul Giamatti's terrible Rhino and Jamie Foxx's lameass Electro. Now after Amazing Spiderman 2's lukewarm reception all those planned films are up in the air. So it's great that WB will start the comic movie villain genre with the Squad. This movie will have a completely different dynamic than the rest on this DC list. The general audience will be cheering for 6 villains with wacky interplay. As they go against an impossible task while also going head to head with (a hopefully fat) Amanda Waller. And of course shit always goes bad for Task Force X. Can't wait!
What movie are you most excited for? Sound off in the comments and make sure to check The Caped Informers for all your up to date comics news!
Variety is reporting that Warner Bros. is interested in director David Ayer (Training Day) to helm a movie based on DC Comics' popular team the Suicide Squad. While neither Ayer or the studio has confirmed this report, it is a hot rumor especially considering WB has yet to reveal any of their 9 DC related projects that have set release dates. Suicide Squad is certainly an interesting spot to fill one of those spots. Supposedly along with Ayer, Justin Marks, who is also writing Top Gun 2, will be writing the screenplay and Dan Lin will be producing. What do you think about a potential Suicide Squad movie? Sound off in the comments.
Ayer is the real deal. Training Day and End of Watch kick ass and his upcoming WW2 film Fury looks great as well. So I'm all onboard for him taking over Task Force X.
The real key to this film though is picking the Squad's lineup. Deadshot is a must. Amanda Waller will be in charge. But then after that things get tricky. So let's talk about the elephant in the room. Do you have Harley Quinn in the movie? I think the answer is a yes. Harley may have only just recently joined the Squad, but her massive appeal and connection to the Bat-verse make her a powerful addition to the team. Her comic is a top seller for DC making this the time to strike. Bring Harley to the big screen!
This has nothing to do with Suicide Squad, but I think the DC Cinematic Universe should definitely use Batinder.
Nikki Finke has sources that claim to know Warner's Bro slate of future DC films. The list goes as follows: May 2016 – Batman v Superman July 2016 – Shazam Christmas 2016 – Sandman May 2017 – Justice League July 2017 – Wonder Woman Christmas 2017 – Flash and Green Lantern team-up May 2018 – Man Of Steel 2 Source: Nikki Finke Wow what list, huh? A Wonder Woman movie and a Green Lantern/Flash Team up are incredible news. So let's hope these movies hold true and are announced at San Diego in July. Until then let's celebrate!!!!!
Warner Bros. and Rocksteady have announced that their finale to the Batman Arkham Series, Batman Arkham Knight, will be delayed until 2015. The game was originally meant to drop this fall, but it seems the game makers just want a little more time to perfect everything.
Meanwhile a new Batmobile Battle Mode trailer has been released. This car is fucking loaded with a sorts of bad guy stopping goodies. I would use a Riot Suppressor on a day to day basis. Gotta love slam rounds. Check it out.
Today my brother and I decided to see Godzilla to see of our favorite childhood monster. And trust us the King's new movie does not disappoint. Thoughts are spoiler free. Review will have minor spoilers.
What We Liked:
Bryan Cranston's Performance
Nods to other Toho monsters
Incredible CGI effects
Interesting origin story
Classic Godzilla look
Godzilla is beautiful and imposing
Intense 3rd Act
Fun Monster fights
Ken Watanabe saying Godzilla
COSMIC BREATH!!
Shots of Godzilla swimming or underwater
What We Didn't Like:
The wait to finally see Godzilla
Human story dragged near the end and didn't really pay off
Could Have used more Godzilla overall
Not enough Bryan Cranston either
Review: Godzilla gives you a human filled story until it's an amazing monster mashed 3rd act. There are nods to classic Toho monsters such as Mothra that old school Godzilla enthusiasts will love, but you will have to wait to see the King of Monsters until later in the picture. Bryan Cranston's performance as supposed crack pot Joe eases the long wait, but he doesn't get as much screen time as I would have liked. Other actors like Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen do an admirable job, but nothing really groundbreaking. All in all you do not see a Godzilla film for the acting, you see it for the privilege of witnessing the King of Monsters kick the asses of all challengers. Ken Watanabe calls Godzilla the Alpha Predator. The King earns this title and more in the film's final fight sequence, but before that the viewer gets a new and intriguing origin story for the kaiju. We learn how Godzilla is really a force of nature who can't be controlled. He truly is the closet thing to a 'God' on Earth. Overall the Informers give the new Godzilla a 8 out of 10. It's a fun watch for new and old Godzilla fans.
For this week's poll questions I asked "Besides the Holy Trinity Which Hero Is Essential For a Justice League Movie?". The winner with 40% of the vote was everyone's favorite scarlet speedsterThe Flash.
The results were:
The Flash: 40%
Martian Manhunter: 28%
Green Lantern (Stewart): 14%
Aquaman: 9%
Green Lantern: (Jordan): 4%
Cyborg: 2%
Hawkgirl: 0%
Analysis: The inspiration for this week's poll was Zack Snyder casting Ray Fisher as Cyborg. The casting made me wonder who is most important member of the Justice League besides Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. If our poll is any indication of public opinion on the matter, it feels like fans would have rather heard about a Flash casting last week instead of Cyborg. Vic Stone only managed to grab 2% of the vote. He is a relatively new member of the Justice League, being mostly associated with Teen Titians before the launch of the New 52 in 2011, so it is quite interesting Cyborg would be cast before other lifetime members of the team. Which brings me to the question "Which member/members get/s left out because of Cyborg's inclusion?"
I'm sorry to say that I think the answer to that question is our second place finisher the Martian Manhunter. J'onn has been a member of the Justice League since it's conception in 1960. Since then he has mostly appeared in JL stories with only the occasionally comic of his own. Children of the 90's will remember the Manhunter being apart of the cartoon Justice League. The character only had his ties with the team split recently in 2011, when the New 52 launched. J'onn was replaced as a founder member by Cyborg for a new JL origin story. This is a clear sign that WB wants to use the New 52 version of the team rather than the original roster.
For the New 52, Cyborg replaced J'onn in 2011 to add diversity to the League's ranks. This was similar to how the cartoon Justice League replaced Aquaman with Hawkgirl to have a second woman on the squad. I'm all onboard for diversity, but Cyborg is not my first choice to represent it. I would rather John Stewart in the League. John is the African American Green Lantern. He adds diversity to the team while bringing his popularity from his association with the JL cartoon. No one, not even Ryan Reynolds, wants to see Ryan Reynolds back in his terrible CGI suit as Hal Jordan Green Lantern. Choosing John as the Lantern distances this JL film from that 2011 flop while adding diversity to the roster. It's a win-win. Cyborg's casting does not bring nearly as much advantage or excitement.
There have been many different incarnations of the Justice League over the years. I agree with the poll that there are many other characters associated with the JL that are more important than Cyborg. So WB, if you want to excite us tell us DC's TV shows are connected to the movies or cast a Flash, Green Lantern and Aquaman. Only then will you get some real excitement stirred for your Justice League.
Thanks for reading. What do you think of Cyborg? Whose on your JL roster? Sound off in the comments and make your voice heard by voting in our next poll.
Greg Silverman, the president of production at WB, simultaneously confirmed through an interview with the Wall Street Journal that a Justice League film is in the studio's plans and Zack Snyder will helm the project. Silverman also went on to say that a script is in the works now and that it will "further expand the universe". The timing of this announcement makes sense due to the recent casting of Cyborg and rumors about Aquaman. Maybe WB can continue the roll they are on by finally giving us a picture of Batfleck in his new suit. Just a suggestion. Latino Review also came out with a rumor that Justice League has a tentative release date of May 7th, 2017. Anyway, Batman vs. Superman is shooting now and expected in theaters May 6th, 2016.
Bat-News is reporting a rumor that Jason Mamoa (Game Of Thrones) has signed on for a role in Batman vs. Superman. Just a few months back the Khal Drogo actor was rumored to have been in negotiations for a part in the film, but denied having any knowledge this. Back then he was rumored to play Aquaman. What makes this news even more interesting is that it comes a day after WB casts Ray Fisher as Cyborg. So if this rumor is true, it would make sense for Mamoa to cameo as the King of Atlantis in the same way Fisher will as Cyborg. Do you think Jason Mamoa would be a good Aquaman? Do you think he is actually in the film now after now being rumored twice for a role? Sound off in the comments.
