Commissioner Gordon Voice Actor Bob Hastings Passes Away

Bob Hastings has passed away at the age of 89. Hastings will be known by Informer readers as the voice of Commissioner James Gordon on the incredible Batman: The Animated Series. The Batman universe is full of iconic characters, but few are as important to Batman's success as Jim Gordon. He has had Batman's back for many years. Hastings made the character stand out with his distinct voice and passionate performance. Every time I read a Batman comic and Jim Gordon speaks, it is Bob Hastings voice that I hear. Thank you for the memories Bob.
